Technological innovation, founded on context-based research, is the key to health information management and monitoring in Africa. We are constantly developing new ideas, and our method of working allows us to put imagination into action.

As a South Africa-based company with numerous collaborations locally and abroad; as well as connections to the University of Cape Town, the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and other academic institutions and government; we are able to conduct ongoing research that assures relevant and effective solutions for the public health sector. We have developed and implemented a number of innovative technology applications that provide structured collection, analysis and communication of relevant patient data.

One of the innovative areas of development currently being researched is Open GIS (Geographical Information System). This will expand the existing database to incorporate geographical information about patients, and regional resources.  Collectively, this information will form a powerful spatial GIS database that allows further research, analysis of information and more efficient support within affected communities.

Our commitment to research means we continuously engage in critical questioning and we actively work towards the publication of our findings. We also support research through bursaries and supervision of research projects. Contact us for more information.
