After spending nearly three years with Cell-Life, Dirk de Jager has handed over his position as TDM in order to pursue his ambition of taking up fulltime Doctorate studies in Electrical Engineering.
Thanks to Dirk's openness and commitment to Cell-Life, we were given
ample time to prepare for handover of the TDM role. Nico de Wet who has
been with Cell-Life for almost a year has smoothly taken over the role
as TDM, ensuring not only continuity of internal matters, but also
continuity of our operations for various clients (sites).
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dirk for his continuous
and un-wavering commitment to Cell-Life. Dirk's passion and expertise
allowed Cell-Life to take large steps forward in technical and other
areas over the past few years and we would like to acknowledge the
important role he played in this. Though we will miss Dirk and his
positive and creative energy, we are happy to report that he has
accepted the Directors' offer to continue contributing to Cell-Life as
a member (trustee) of the non-profit organisation. We therefore look
forward to building our new working relationship with Dirk and most
importantly, we offer him our warmest wishes with his studies.
