In 2005 we were shortlisted for the 160 Characters Mobile Messaging Award under the section "Best use in Government, public services or a not-for-profit organisation" which is awarded to an organisation that has used mobile messaging with best effect to provide an effective information or feedback service, alerts or awareness campaign.
