Directions to Cell-Life Office

• The Cell-Life office is located on the first floor of the CPUT BARC Building on Roeland Street at the intersection of Brandweer St next to the Ferrari showroom.

• From the airport, UCT or Southern Suburbs, take the De Waal Drive (M3) highway towards the city centre. At the end of the highway DO NOT take the Mill St/Orange St off ramp. Continue straight on, pass the Cape Town Firestation on the left and take the next left turn at the traffic lights, Brandweer St. Then take an immediate right into Waterlook St, finding the CPUT BARC building on the right and parking on the left. Cell-Life is located on the 1st floor.

• From the city centre, Roeland St starts at the entrance to Parliament. Take Roeland Street to away from Parliament and at the top traffic light intersecting with De Villiers and Brandweer (Ferrari showroom on the right side), trun right into Brandweer St and right again in Waterloo St.

Directions to Cell-Life Research Office

• The University of Cape Town's Groote Schuur (Upper) Campus is situated on the slopes of Devil's Peak in the suburb of Rondebosch. To reach the Upper Campus from the city, drive along De Waal Drive passing Groote Schuur Hospital on the way.

• Just beyond the Old Mill on your left, take the Rosebank/University turn-off.

• Turn right at the traffic lights and go under the De Waal Drive bridge to the northern entrance of the campus.

• Please check in at the Visitors Reception and Information Office opposite the Sports Centre where directions, campus maps and temporary visitors' parking permits may be obtained.
